I used to love KFC, but my recent visit at the Hillsborough Rd. location was quite disappointing. 🍗

I ordered the classic chicken tenders box and they were served lukewarm and dry, making it hard for my daughter to enjoy. The fries were only mildly better. Despite the friendly staff, the long wait time and missing menu items really took away from the experience.

Plus, the drink machine had issues, and we left feeling a bit let down. I hope they can improve their standards!
