KAY CHOUBY HAITIAN RESTAURANT offers a delightful first taste of Haitian cuisine! 🇭🇹 I tried the Pwason Dirikole, a beautifully broiled red snapper, and the Kabrit Dirikole goat, both served with a generous side of rice, plantains, and a tangy carrot-cabbage slaw. The spice rub on the goat was phenomenal!

While service was a bit different than I expected, the staff was very accommodating and even customized a dish for us. If I lived in Indianapolis, I’d be a regular here... Can't wait to return and explore the menu further! 🌟
