KAVIAR in Pasadena is a delightful dining destination! I recently attended their handroll class, where Chef John expertly guided us. Each roll was fresh and fun to assemble, paired perfectly with a refreshing lychee martini.
For dinner, the Toro Tartare was a standout - prepared at our table, it melted in my mouth. Plus, the Miso Glazed Black Cod was beautifully flaky and savory.
