Katsumori Asian Fusion perfectly blends Japanese and Thai cuisines, creating a delightful dining experience. We sampled several dishes during happy hour, including the delectable Poke Nachos and Crunchy Tempura. The sushi rolls were not just fresh but creatively named, adding a fun twist to our meal. The staff, particularly Sherry, were exceptionally attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Plus, the vibrant presentation of the ramen was a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. I can’t wait to return! 🍣
