I had an incredible dining experience at Kasthamandap Restaurant & Bar! 🌟 The ambiance blends a cozy vibe with a neon noir aesthetic that adds a fun twist. We ordered the momo platter - four styles including pan-seared and chili momo - and it was deliciously filling.

The chicken kheema burger was a standout, packed with flavor and served with crispy fries. I also loved the thukpa noodle soup, rich in umami flavors. Service was quick and friendly, though it got busy later in the evening. Highly recommend for authentic Nepali comfort food! 🍽️✨
