Karina's Mexican Seafood is a gem at Otay Ranch Town Center! 🌊 The ambiance is inviting, especially with the cozy fireplace and outdoor seating - perfect for family gatherings.

Their bacon-wrapped shrimp is a must-try; it’s perfectly seasoned! The margarita flight added a festive touch to our meal.

I did find the calamari a bit chewy, but that didn’t ruin the experience. Happy hour is only at the bar, which felt limiting. Still, the attentive service and lovely setting make this spot worth a visit! 🧡
