Kapolei Chinese Restaurant offers a cozy setting for a casual meal. I stopped by for dinner and ordered the crispy seafood noodles, which had a delightful crunch, but the flavors felt a bit muted. The hot tea arrived promptly, adding a warm touch. While some dishes, like the sweet and sour pork, were tasty, others left much to be desired, particularly the chow mein that lacked texture. The service was friendly, though I wish our appetizers had arrived in a timely manner. Worth a visit for a relaxed meal... 😊
