Kanji Sushi Hibachi offers a mixed bag of experiences. I dined in for dinner and opted for the hibachi chicken, which was surprisingly flavorful and cooked just right. The atmosphere is casual, perfect for a laid-back meal. I paired it with the Philly roll, and it was decent but nothing extraordinary.

However, I noticed that some sushi options seemed fresher than others. A little attention to detail could elevate their offerings. Thought the staff was friendly, and the place has a nice vibe... 🌟
