Kam Too is a treasure in Portsmouth for anyone craving Chinese takeaway! The portions are enormous and prices - unbelievably low. I tried the beef in black bean sauce with egg foo young, and it was absolutely spot on; tender beef and a deliciously packed egg foo young. The casual vibe makes it easy to order, though remember it’s cash only. If you’re willing to wait a bit, trust me, it’s worth it; you won’t walk out disappointed! Definitely coming back for more... 🍜
