Kaizen Restaurant is a delightful spot nestled in The Glades Shopping Centre. I recently enjoyed a Saturday lunch there, and I was impressed by the warm ambiance and friendly staff. The variety of vegetarian dishes was fantastic! I tried the aubergine dish, and it was a flavor explosion. 🍆

The prices are reasonable for the quality, and the food definitely felt fresh. Although it can get a bit busy, the staff handled it all with grace. I’m looking forward to returning soon!
