I recently dined at Kaizen Fusion Roll & Sushi, and I have to say, it’s a little gem in Henderson! 🌟 The AYCE option is a fantastic deal, offering a wide variety of fresh sashimi and nigiri that truly impressed me. The Korean grilled short ribs were a standout - juicy and perfectly cooked!

I also ordered the shrimp and vegetable fried rice, which was incredibly generous in portion and delicious! The yum yum sauce added a nice touch.

The lively atmosphere and friendly staff made the experience even better. I can’t wait to return for more sushi adventures! 🍣✨
