I had an amazing time at Junior Colombian Burger on South Kirkman Road! 🍔 The highlight was definitely the Explosion Burger - what a delicious combination of sweet plantain, egg, ham, and more! Large portions left me satisfied, and the beef empanadas were a must-try, crispy and packed with flavor.
