November 17, 2024Jorge's Sombrero offers a vibrant slice of Mexican fare in Pueblo! The casual atmosphere makes it perfect for a relaxed meal, and my visit started with their fantastic margaritas - definitely a highlight! 🌮 I decided on the posole, which was hearty and flavorful, living up to its reputation. The chicken enchiladas were a comforting delight too!
While the service felt a tad slow, the friendly staff made up for it. Just a minor hiccup in pace; overall, a great spot for comfort food!
