Restaurant
My boyfriend and I made reservations for Joia and we were not disappointed! Hands down the best steak tips we have ever had.We loved the gnocchi as well and we ended up splitting the two dishes so we could try a little of everything. The only reason I do not give the service 5 stars is because they had forgotten to bring out our appetizer (the fried mozzarella). They said they never put it in.The drinks were fantastic as well. They made me a drink that was not even on the menu! In terms of atmosphere, they definitely have the right vibe going. We only stayed until About 10:30 and as we were leaving it looked like more people were coming in.If you’re looking for a nice spot to dine in at that isn’t over saturated, Joia is a great place!
Went there for one of my friends birthday as a group and the food was amazing, the drinks were also good with a nice alcohol/juice balance. The only issue was I guess as any restaurant in Boston the fee for bringing your own cake.I highly recommended will definitely visit again.
I went to Joia for a business dinner a few weeks ago and will be sure to return soon! The food was absolutely delicious: simple, classic, flavorful Italian dishes with rich flavor and fresh ingredients. The octopus (appetizer) and Lobster Tagliatelle (entree) were the highlights, but everything looked and tasted great. We also tried the special Crab fettuccine and it was spectacular. The service was prompt and friendly from the moment we arrived, even for our relatively large table it was a fantastic experience!
