John's Incredible Pizza - Roseville

After several positive experiences at this establishment over the years, today was awful.
3 adults and 3 children ($100+) attended today, an early dinner around 4:30 p.m., a Saturday.
Immediately from our entry was a stuffy, airless, and musty uncomfortable atmosphere.
Felt like the air-conditioning was not working.
We looked for a room on the less quiet side to eat prior to entertaining ourselves amongst the games.
Every room we attended was filthy beyond belief.
There is no shortage of employees but unbelievably not a "bussed" table in the building.
Garbage everywhere, including after we cleaned our own table, piles of food and debrie covered the floors.
It was truly disgusting.
Then thirsty from the airless overrun air-conditioning, we tried to get our self-serve drinks, and there were NO clean glasses anywhere.
Patrons were acting like looters tearing cabinets apart, looking for any drinking cups.
We saw dirty glasses everywhere near the fountains with some guests taking dirty cups to the bathrooms to wash them, themselves in desperation.
Just filthy practices as one patron told us it was over an hour they had been waiting for clean cups.
Several large trays of coffee cups were all gobbled up and used for soft drinks.
After a 35-minute wait and lobbying any employee willing to listen to my appeals, 3 trays of clean cups came out in one stack and attacked infant of me.
It was such a frenzy that people were emptying the rack faster than parana cleaning bones of their prey.
Finally, I found a "person of authority, explain the conditions found after the took my $100+ admission rate only to be greeted with 100's of unbussed tables, garbage never cleared, no cups for any liquids (one family went to their car to get personal cups), and the "zoo conditions" that their customers are facing on the floor.
I received a smirk and an order to another employee, "get him some cups," and she walked away from me.
It was appalling customer service.
Needless to say, we will not be returning to a place we all once loved.
The management staff are to blame because they had no presence on the floor and displayed no leadership skills to rectify the problems.
I feel for the working employees that seemed to empathize with the customers.

There are tons of empty tables with garbage sitting for hours.
In 2 hours we were at our table, not one table was bussed.

Went for a birthday party.
The room was a bit tight but it was a cool place.
I haven't been in years.
The new rides were cool.
I think the prizes were lackluster.
50 tickets for a 10 cent dinosaur is really phoning it in.
I'm sure there isn't a ton of money for prizes but that was lame.

1 - food containers are empty most of the times. 2- hygiene needs some serious attention 3- not enough personal to refill/help/food 4- plates were unwashed or not properly cleaned 5- the staff at the playground not helpful at all we had to wait in line for 15 minutes for spinning coaster the staff member left saying his shift is over. Good place for kids though.
