This restaurant use to be a staple in Long Beach but this is my 2nd time going in since the remodel and I’m disappointed in the service.Greeting was poor and just as dark as the atmosphere. The place smells and it’s barely holding on I’m sure due to the customer service.
I do not suggest this establishment to anyone. The ambiance was clean, but the building was quite empty. However, the burger was disappointing as it was soggy and the meat was of poor quality. It was overly salty and greasy, and surprisingly did not come with cheese, which required an additional payment. The meal itself was quite expensive at $14.99, and that did not even include a drink or cheese. The customer service was acceptable, but overall, I will not be returning. It is advisable to save your money or dine elsewhere. My first visit back to this place was a major letdown.
It was empty on a Friday evening, but a lot of Take outs from what I notice.I got two different types of fries, and they were good. There is no table service so you have to go to the front and ask.You pay and then sit down. The place looked very clean and all the table were being clean while I was there.
