Johnny Carino's is a delightful Italian gem in Lexington! 🍝

We had a fantastic meal with a group of five, each ordering something different. The highlight was definitely the Tuesday Family Platter - grilled chicken, bowtie pasta, and that creamy asiago sauce was simply divine! Not to mention, the bread with oil was lip-smacking good.

Our waitress was attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance was cozy, perfect for a gathering. If you're in the mood for quality Italian cuisine, this spot is worth a visit! We'll definitely return next time we're in town! 🌟
