I recently dined at John Hardy's BBQ, and overall, it was a solid experience! I really enjoyed the pulled pork - it was tender and smoky, paired nicely with crispy JoJo potatoes. The atmosphere had a cozy, casual vibe that felt welcoming.

While I found the sauces didn't quite capture the true essence of Southern BBQ (they seemed more ketchup-based than vinegar), the rib dry rub was pleasantly sweet. Service was quick, which made it easy to pop in for a satisfying meal. I'll be back! 🍖
