Jimotti's is a cozy little spot that exudes warmth and charm. The takoyaki was a delightful start, soft and comforting. I couldn't resist trying their Tonkotsu ramen, which was hearty and satisfying, although the noodles were a tad different than I expected. However, my friend’s Niku udon stole the show! The braised meat paired with perfectly chewy noodles and an outstanding dashi broth made it a standout. While the ambiance may be humble, the food certainly shines. Worth a visit if you’re in the Sanford area! 🍜
