Wanted to try the new cookie and caprese sub.
Ordered for delivery (less than a mile, should’ve just picked it up).
Took 45 minutes for delivery.
They claimed my order didn’t go through until 22 minutes after I made the order.

Not a very pleasant experience.
Husband didn’t want to eat his sandwich after seeing the cleanliness.
We didn’t eat the sandwiches but didn’t want to turn around to return.
Got Subway instead.

The food was great like always but if you are going to have someone on the register make it someone that actually likes their job because that is the first face customers see and what I saw when I came in there was a red bearded man that didn’t ask me what I want or even said hello just stared at me until I started ordering.
He always was very rude when I didn’t understand something he said and when I asked him to repeat himself he yelled it again out of frustration and with no apology or nothing.
I didn’t even know if my order was submitted at that point.
Don’t ask for a drink cup because he will just tell you rudely that’s its right in front of you.
So next time you have someone in the front of the store maybe make it someone that has a little bit better customer service or someone that actually cares about their job and try and wants to be there.
