Staff was great as was the Italian night club! Wish I would have gotten the large!

Sometimes I miss your sandwiches enough to talk myself into ordering, even though I know it's going to be crazy slow delivery .
The audacity to charge a $4.50 delivery fee to deliver two sandwiches but still not be able to get them to someone in under 45 minutes is crazy.
I called the location today because it had been a full 42 minutes since I ordered and the tracker wasn't working.
I was told that our food hadn't even left the shop yet.
I paid almost $35 with tax and tip.
You can either be expensive or you can be slow, but both at the same time is just a bad business model.
I ended up cancelling the order.
Total waste of time and food.

I went to this location on June 1, 2023.
I placed my order online in my vehicle and walked in and was greeted immediately by an employee.
He checked to make sure they had my order and told me exactly the possible wait time.
They were busy, which indicated to me a lot of people want to purchase their meals from this location.
I eat at many Jimmy John's when I travel and have seen a lot of these stores.
This location is great and one of the best.
They give you suggestions on what to order when they are asked.
Service and the meats in the sandwiches are great.
I have never had a wrong order and find they are consistent in their quality of service and food.
