Food: Always room for improvement, but out of all of the chain (& even some local shops, much to my dismay) sub shops: Jersey Mike's is the best.
They have a variety of breads, fresh produce, & multiple sandwich options altogether. Service: Anytime I visit a Jersey Mike's, I am met with friendly customer service, as well as a willingness to provide any alternates I may request (i.e.
flat-top grilled meat & cheese on their "cold sub" options).
In a world full of less than pleasurable employees, Jersey Mikes must be both compensating their employees fairly, as well as advocating for their success, because they're always top notch.
They really stand out among the crowd. Atmosphere: Clean, organized, and to the point.
Nothing is really ever disheveled or out of order.

First time coming to this store and must say that the staff were friendly.
I typically don't do jersey Mike's because its one of the more expensive chains for subs.
But someone else wanted it so I went.
I got the chicken bacon ranch and must say it didn't have a lot of flavor.
I wish I could've seen them make it so I could've asked for more ranch.
All I could taste was the bacon.
The chicken seemed like the chicken patties that steak ems used to sell.
Same with the philly cheese steak the other person I was with got.
I think I will stick with firehouse for hot subs and Jersey Mike's for cold subs.
Spent 17 dollars for one sub with no flavor.

Best Chicken Phillies I've gotten in Wilmington! I haven't tried the steak, but that'll be next! Nice people too.
A bit pricey for a giant sub, but generally worth it
