The sandwich is huge! So if your not a big eater I recommend a small! The bread is so soft and fresh I could eat a hole loaf with some butter lol staff was friendly I was not disappointed! They are not afraid to put stuff on your sandwiches!

We live in Oklahoma and rarely come to fort smith but when we do we always go to Jersey Mikes.
Recently my husband had a freak accident and it landed him in the hospital for two weeks currently undergoing his FOURTH surgery and they’re trying to save his arm.
After his first surgery he was able to eat again and the only thing he requested was Jersey mikes.
I took my daughter with me and the friendly associates went out of their way to ask about our day and I gave them the run down.
They not only made me feel like they cared about my family but one young man told my daughter how strong her daddy is and that everything is going to be okay.
I’m forever grateful for him and everyone really made a difference that day.
It’s so nice to know that there’s still people out there who care.
I know it’s just a sandwich shop but to us it’s much more than that.
So grateful for your empathy and fantastic sandwiches! We will be back!!

I’ve never had an at most surprised experience at Jersey Mike’s like before until Sean Haggerty delivered excellent service today! Definitely make my experience there not like the typical sit on my phone and doom scroll until my order is ready.
He kept me enthused with humor and intellectual conversations while still skillfully crafting my order.
Highly recommend..
