Jerrrk Time Caribbean Cuisine is a hidden gem in Virginia Beach! 🌟 I stopped by for lunch and absolutely loved the oxtails paired with plantains - each bite was bursting with flavor. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about your dining experience; the owner, Dexter, even took the time to check on us!
