Jack's in Columbus is a mixed bag! 🍔❤️ The cozy atmosphere instantly makes you feel at home, and the staff is genuinely friendly, especially the lady during lunchtime who remembers your drink refills!

I’ve tried their breakfast a few times, and it has potential with options like the biscuits, but unfortunately, freshness is hit or miss. My recent visit featured rushed service which ended in an incorrect order - frustrating!

Despite the hiccups, I’m willing to give it another shot, as the chili cheese fries and chocolate milkshake were delicious! Just hoping they can sharpen up their operations. 🌟
