Jack in the Box

Ordered the bacon swiss buttery jack.
This is their idea of bacon, when I asked was told I would have to pay for more bacon.
I just wanted the bacon I already paid for.

Okay.
I've read the reviews on the food and sometimes I see customers weren't happy but let me tell you my experience.
Last night about 10:30 I went through the drive thru.
The service was on point and staff was professional and polite (with a long line) - but my child complained the food wasn't hot enough on the way home.
So I went back to the location, went inside, and nicely gave them my complaint and can I tell you the response I got? Oh.
My.
Gosh.
I mean - the most respectful customer service and no questions asked - remade with a freaking smile! What? In these times of horrid interaction between people????? I literally left with a thankful heart and confidence in other humans! What an experience!!! And yes - it's just fast food - no big deal - but it literally made my day.
Thanks Jack in the Box staff.
It meant the world....

I actually just left 8/15/2024 945 pm.
My favorite are the egg rolls due to the fact, they are always freshly cooked.
Now I asked for large curly fries which were cold and hard and a jumbo jack with no onions for my husband bcz he's allergic to them.
While I'm on the phone with him and repeating to the drive thru lady to make sure his order is correct.
I get home and my husband opened his burger.
It was full of onions.
I know workers in the kitchen are tired and overwhelmed/overworked sometimes but no one wants to be at the hospital late at night for a mistake.
Please be careful and care a little more about your job and what you hear.
You could really hurt someone.
No company wants a lawsuit for something so simple.
The morning staff are the best, food is always fresh and hot, nothing but smiles of people that care about what comes out.
The night shift will kill someone if they don't watch what they are doing.
If the fries box isn't hot then the fries are not hot.
Most people don't check their food at the drive-thru, but having trust that everything was heard correctly until they reach their destination.
Please be more careful.
