Jack in the Box

While l question the healthiness of the deep fried tacos, I'm so happy they come in pairs as 1 is just never enough. Great food, served hot, fresh and delicious and made to order without any issues. I experienced outstanding customer care here.

This restaurant had a rough evening.
After repeatedly asking for the menu lights to be turned on so I could read the menu, the person taking my order seems to be very new while trying to take my order.
It took exceedingly long to get to the window which I was then rushed quickly out of for the customers behind me.
15 minutes later the rest of my order (All I got was my drink at first) finally came out to my vehicle.
Alas she had forgotten my shake.
She was not happy that she had forgotten it.
I then noticed I had the wrong fries.
So I follow her back inside.
Have to argue about whether I paid for the large curly fry or not.
Had to ask her to pull the receipt knowing what I had ordered since she repeated it to me four times at the drive-thru menu.
Then was informed that oh I had the wrong Burger as well.
I had not even noticed it yet.
10 minutes later I'm handed another bag and told to have a nice day.
Fortunately the burger was labeled as the correct Burger and the curly fries were there now.

"Jack in the Crack"😳 is always a good place to eat.
Especially here.
Good customer service.
A bit pricey but I understand minimum wage is going up too.
I paid 28$ for the two meals I purchased.
But, filled the tummy.
Made my waistline a little bigger but better than eating sawdust.
😳.
