Very unhappy with the customer service I was having car trouble so I did a mobile order I was going to pick up my food I realized that lobby was locked so I walked through the drive-thru the female worker came up to the window and said we are not going to be able to serve you because you're not in a car and then walked off so therefore my mobile order just set on the other side I wasn't able to pick it up I do plan to call the corporate office I'm very upset

Been coming to this particular establishment for almost 23 years and staff has always been friendly.The only downside is the drive thru has a small blind spot while exiting which makes it a bit difficult

Sometimes you just have to have Jack in the Box. Glad you had a great time.
This place has lost quality service.Drive thru takes 20 minutes always.Night time 20-40 mins .Wth is going on management??
