The gentleman was polite when he took our order but he "forgot" to put in our order.
I am assuming they just don't want to be bothered in the lobby.
The A/C is blasting in the location.
It's way too cold and the music is way too loud.
Definitely not a comfortable atmosphere.
I don't ever complain but it was just a terrible experience.
We asked for our money back so we left hungry and upset.

The lobby was supposed to open at 6am but was 20 minutes late.
Then we had to wait longer inside! Drive-thru was more important I guess.

Great food! When we got it! Cancel my bar order after waiting (and asking fir it 2 more times) in over 20 min.
The manager wad very sweet when I spoke with her but our waitress that SUCKED! Drink glasses never filled until aged for....
would give it a higher score if they hired attentive staff
