J2C Asian Bistro is a hidden gem right in Lexington! 🌟 The hot and sour soup is hands-down the best I've ever tasted - perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice.
I also tried their beef and eggplant; it was bursting with flavor! The hand-rolled spring rolls are a must-try as well.
