If you're in Brighton and craving authentic Japanese flavors, itsu is worth a visit. I tried the vegetarian gyoza and miso soup - perfectly seasoned and comforting. The ambiance is casual, making it a great spot for families or casual lunch dates.

I particularly appreciated the fresh ingredients and clean presentation. Plus, the half-price sushi deal right before closing is a nice bonus, though prepare for a bit of a crowd! Just a heads up, the pricing could be slightly better...
