I recently dined at Istanbul Restaurant in Birmingham, and overall, it was quite a pleasant experience.

The mixed kebab was the highlight of my meal, with the chicken shish and Adana grilled to perfection, offering a lovely char without overwhelming the palate. The hummus and dips complemented the meal beautifully, and the soft, warm bread was a delightful bonus.

The atmosphere was inviting, though the outdoor smoking area might be a downside for some. Service was attentive, especially from Roya, who went above and beyond. I’d return for the flavors alone! 🌟
