Islander Drive Inn is a hidden gem in the Salt Lake Shopping Center! 🌺

I recently stopped by for a quick bite and ordered the mini loco moco. It was perfectly made with the right amount of gravy - just delicious! The mac salad was a delightful surprise too.

The ambiance has a nostalgic charm, despite the older decor. The staff is incredibly friendly; the cashier made me feel right at home.

I can’t wait to come back for a full plate, maybe with two eggs next time! Highly recommend if you're in the area! 🍽️
