I was running errands in Sunrise around lunch time, and a quick Google search for the nearest salad bar led me to Island Sips.
I'm very happy I found this place and based on my experience today I would recommend them.
The staff are friendly, patient, and informative.
The ingredients are fresh and delicious.
They have plenty of options for salads, wraps, Buddha bowls, and juices.
I got the Cobb Salad and my mum got the Rainbow Salad.
My mum who normally hates salad dressing really enjoyed both the house made dressings we were given.
We also tried two of their shots, one beetroot based and another spirulina based.
I'd give everything we tried 5 stars for quality and freshness.
We will definitely eat here again!

Hot dang! This place is so good!! Plant based heaven.
I had the rainbow wrap with romaine lettuce, kale, carrot, beet root, cucumber, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, black sesame seeds, cilantro, and almond cream dressing. Big ups!

This place is a gem!!! Flavorful and fresh selection of plant-based dishes and treats.
The staff were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating for food allergies (thank you all again for that!).
The food was prepared quickly and with care.
Will gladly return!!
