Island Shrimp Co. at Rocketts Landing is a delightful seafood gem! 🦐 The bright, casual atmosphere makes it perfect for a laid-back lunch or dinner. I indulged in the Caribbean Jerk Shrimp Tacos, bursting with flavor and served with a zesty slaw. The tiki bar vibe is spot-on, and the cocktails were refreshing - try the Painkiller for a true island escape!

Service was impressively fast, which is great for solo diners or those on a lunch break. Plus, the outdoor seating and dog-friendly policy are bonuses. Can’t wait to go back for brunch... 🍹
