I recently dined at IShabu Shabu and had a pleasantly cozy experience. The tonkotsu broth was unexpectedly creamy and vegetarian - definitely a standout! We enjoyed generous portions of meat, perfect for a satisfying meal. The service was friendly, making it a welcoming spot for both groups and solo diners.

The decor is modern, adding a trendy vibe without feeling pretentious. While the menu has various options, I wish the pricing was a bit clearer upfront. Still, a relaxing dinner choice if you're in Redondo Beach... 🌊
