Imperial Kitchen is a hidden gem in the Leighton District! 🌟 The menu surprised me with authentic ingredients that go beyond the typical Chinese fare. I absolutely loved the Garlic Shrimp - plump and flavorful without the heavy breading. Their Hot N Sour soup was just right - a perfect warm-up!

The complimentary Oolong tea was a lovely touch, and the staff were keen to accommodate my requests. I also tried the Mongolian Beef, which, I must say, is the best in Lincoln!

A clean space with a casual vibe, I can’t wait to return and explore more dishes! 🍜
