Came here for brunch with the family and the service was a bit slow.It seemed they were understaffed for the amount of customer they had at the moment.We were really close to walk out because it took them a while to bring menus and take our order, but we didn’t because it was a particularly cold day.The food was very well served, it was fresh, warm and tasty.Too bad they don’t serve mimosas, because it would make the whole brunch experience a huge bump. They should be a bit mindful of the cleanliness, the table smelled a bit funky after being cleaned.

IHOP is located in the Bay Terrace shopping center. The restaurant wasn't crowded when we arrived around 1PM. The new menu has a large assortment to choose from. The waitress was friendly and attentive.She took our four orders and returned with them hot.She checked with us to make sure we didn't need anything.The food was all good. We all left satisfied and with leftovers.
The worst IHOP ever.It's a cold day in NYC and the restaurant is not equipped to keep the tables by the door warm.We asked to be moved and they didn't. Although others after we sat were moved. We had to eat fast or the food would get cold.We ordered the Benedicts and potatoes with onions and peppers. The onions and peppers were raw.Utensils dirty.We asked for another set, they were dirty too.
