IHOP

I used to like coming here but after today, never again.
We were seated quickly but noticed that others around us still had no food.
We heard a family near us ask for their check because the man had to leave back to work and they still didn’t have their food yet.
We asked how long they’d been waiting and they said since around 12.
It was already 1:30.
They had no food! The people next to them were there before us too with NO food.
We could only imagine how long we’d have to wait since neither of them had their food.
We asked our waitress for the check for the coffees because we were just gonna leave and she snapped back saying the manager would have to approve that because they’re losing out on money since our food is already cooking.
(Which it definitely wasn’t if people around us were still waiting for theirs.) Also our table of 4 only ordered waffles and pancakes.
That shouldn’t have taken that long but we had already been waiting for an hour. would give 0 stars if I could.

By far the worst experience ever.
We went late as we just got off work.
We were seated right away.
However our waiter was horrible, he was more into his girlfriend and his phone, his language was inappropriate in there conversations.
He brought out one order, then he went back to his girlfriend, started chatting and walking around, talking with profanity about irrelevant stuff.
He never brought out our other order, it took about 10 minutes before another waiter brought it out.
The waiter who brought out the plate was wonderful and actually refilled our drinks and brought items within seconds that we asked for and kept checking on us.
We were done with our food before our waiter finally came back to check on us.
But he was quick to give us the bill and check for his tip.
Showed his girlfriend and said that's all.
Well yes, that's all as you did not attend to us.
Another co-worker had to do your job because you were too involved in your phone and your girlfriend.
In my opinion, I should not have tipped you at all as you did not deserve it.
The other waiter deserved it and more.

I had THE BEST service from a server named Jeremy at the SE Military location.
This young man was LITERALLY perfection.
From the time he touched our table, to the moment we drove out of our parking space, I was simply amazed at the level of service I was receiving! It seriously warrants going to this location to request him as a server, JUST to experience what I am talking about- He was concerned about our level of comfort, my drinks were NEVER empty, he was fast as lightning, was EXTREMELY polite, took care of EVERYTHING for us, and even brought our left overs to the car when we forgot them on the table! I will be returning to this location, and honestly, I wish he worked at every restaurant I go to….
