29yrs since I've been to an IHOP [ boy what a change.] The bus boys were so courteous and helpful.
I wish I could say the same for any other help. Extremely busy on a Sunday , I advise any other day. Quality of food was poor! Price ..
NOT BUDGET FRIENDLY WHATSOEVER EVEN ON SENIOR DISCOUNT$$$$ 😕

Weekends always packed and wait is atleast 30 mins.
Food comes out quick and for the most part is delicious.
Pancakes leave a lot to be desired.
It's hit and miss with them sometimes they are undercooked and gross other times they are fluffy and made right.
Average place can be noisy on the weekends.

The wait wasn’t long here but it was still very busy.
It took almost 5 minutes to have a waitress to ask what we’d like to drink.
The ice tea tasted gross.
The food was okay.
The pancakes were the best thing out of my whole order.
I got the cowboy scramble and probably won’t order it again.
Got my son the Halloween pancake and absolutely he loved them.
Employees are nice so bonus star 🌟
