I haven’t been to an International House of Pancakes since the advertising department decided to change their name because people are stupid.
But anyway, I was very happy with my meal.
I simply told the waitress what I liked and what I didn’t.
She provided me with all the food I liked and nothing else.
She was attentive and my drink didn’t run dry.
The meal was $20.15 so I left a 100% tip this time.
Great food/value score.
I will return 😄

Great place to have dinner and breakfast at night! So we arrived at 10pm or so and were greeted by an exceptionally friendly person who ended up being our waitress - Tanya! She was a breath of fresh air and made us feel right at home.
She was professional, knowledgeable about the menu and never stopped smiling.
Additionally, we loved that there was an “55 +” menu and they take AARP.
Highly recommend this place!

The best IHOP! My food here always looks like the pictures on the menu.

Unlike the Surprise location which were dry and only put two squirts of syrup.
Service really depends who you get.
The lady with the long nails is amazing! I didn’t get her name but she’s very friendly and fast.
One of the times I got a lady with a mask and she was awful.
