I waited 30 minutes for a to go order.
I had to inquire about my order prior to the hostees checking.
When I received my order the pancakes were cold and thin overcooked with a rubber texture.
I requested strawberry syrup several times only to not recieve it.
I will never return.

Great service by Jacole, very attentive & sweet. Got seated quickly & food came fast. My daughter got the 2×2×2 combo & I got the sampler w/ waffle.
Food tasted amazing! Thanx 4 being awesome Jacole.

Eggs were overcooked.
Sausages were mushy.
Bacon was burnt.
Hash brown was overcooked.
Booth had crumbs on the seats.
Worst IHop experience ever.
