🤤 Easily our favorite foodie find on our first trip to Dallas…YUM. Jerk tacos (jackfruit), fish plate, lions mane tacos - all were out of this world flavorful, perfect texture - WOW! Great music and casual relaxed atmosphere, an eat-in deli at small local grocer.

First visit.
Ordered a smoothie + the oyster plate.
now, only got a pic of the smoothie which as u can see, looks & taste more like a slushie.
my food was served in white cheap paper bags w/ those brown restroom style napkins so 0/10 on presentation especially when those who dined in got their food in to-go containers, odd.
they were out of fries therefore i had to get wedges.
the oyster mushrooms has great flavor & texture but i also had another issue.
asked staff could i order sides separately, she said yes.
i proceeded to ask for 2 sides, standing in the same proximity of where i placed my entire order but yet somehow, she didn't hear me ask for any sides.
if she would've repeated my order as some places do, i would have caught it.
still not sure how she missed it.
Lovely aesthetic + other interesting menu items, worth a 2nd shot. Added the soul food plate.

Vegan French toast.
Need I say more? It was so good.
The people were friendly.
They offered us tea that was so delicious.
My sister has never done plant based and she was blown away.
She got the Cajun plate.
We came back same day for another meal.
I got the hot lion sandwich which tastes like a buffalo chicken sandwich because it was game day (go Cowboys!) and my sis got a shrimp pasta.
She had a dream about the pasta and woke up wanting to go back the next day.
