The food tasted good but they must have put so much MSG because after eating the ramen, I got a headache for some time and my hearing was a little off for a short time.I also felt some mild pain in my fingers for a short time.I know Asian food usually has MSG or a lot of salt but when I eat at or get delivery from other Asian restaurants, I am never affected the way I was from this place.I am sure they can still make food flavorful without or with less MSG (google MSG to see how it is not good for you)
I really like their spicy miso ramen.Don't let this thin sliced chashu fool you as I first looked down on it ..once I tasted it, the good flavor always in my mind. All other incredients are also fresh and well thickness and balance. The cook really has some thoughts on the combination in the ramen.
I’m a chef and this ramen tastes like it’s a ramen bought from the store. This broth is very thin and not enough flavor. The egg was cooked all the way through. My ramen in the broth is still solid and it’s been 30 minutes. The pork serving is very thin and not cooked very well.Very un enjoyable
