IBIZA Lounge & Tapas is a gem in Stockton! 🌟 We visited on a Wednesday and enjoyed a cozy, relaxed atmosphere with live music. Our garlic prawns were delightful - though they were actually small shrimp, they packed a flavorful punch! The chicken seafood paella was a lovely surprise; every ingredient was fresh and tantalizing.

However, I was hoping for that signature crunchy layer at the bottom...

Service was friendly, and the wine selection is impressive. Perfect for a date night - just visit before 9 to enjoy a more laid-back vibe! Can’t wait to return. 🍷✨
