I recently dined at Ibarra's Restaurant, and it proved to be a delightful experience! I tried the huevos rancheros topped with chorizo, and they were a true standout - perfectly cooked eggs alongside crispy homemade potatoes. The side of beans added a lovely touch.

Although the coffee was just okay, the complimentary chips and salsa were a nice touch while we waited. The atmosphere is cozy and casual, making it perfect for a laid-back meal. I can’t wait to return for more! 🌮
