Humo Vallecas truly stands out as a delightful introduction to Peruvian cuisine! The Pollo a la Brasa is a star - perfectly seasoned and juicy with a crispy skin, it’s incredibly satisfying. I also enjoyed the El Andino, which showcased the unique flavors of Peruvian Giant corn; it was a dish unto itself. The cozy atmosphere made it a great spot for a casual meal, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. I can't wait to go back and explore more of the menu! 🥘
