Howard's BBQ & Catering is a fantastic spot for some mouthwatering barbecue in Corpus Christi! 🐖

I recently indulged in their juicy brisket, which had just the right amount of smokiness. The jalapeño sausage was a standout - spicy but not overpowering! The BBQ sauce was thick and rich, enhancing each bite.

I was pleasantly surprised by the unique coleslaw with apple - so refreshing! The tender pork ribs were generous in size, making for a hearty meal.

The only downside was the potato salad being a bit too mustardy for my taste, but the peach cobbler made up for it... I can't wait to go back! 🍑
