The Horse and Groom Free House is a delightful spot for a country escape! We enjoyed a hearty lunch, where the brill truly lived up to its name. The atmosphere strikes a charming balance between a pub and a smart eatery.

Our evening was complemented by live music, and the rooms were pristine with comfy beds that ensured a restful night. Breakfast the next morning was equally delicious! Minor quirks like milk absence didn’t overshadow our enjoyable stay. Just a lovely place overall! 😊
