Hopsing's is a gem for quick, authentic Chinese comfort food! 🌟 I recently stopped by for lunch and ordered the Hot and Sour Soup - absolutely fresh and packed with flavor, bringing back memories of my childhood in China Town. The Kung Pao Chicken was also a hit; just spicy enough with tender chicken and crunchy peanuts.
